What to tell about the car

Specify the make, model, year of issue and mileage. Describe what exactly does not work: the engine does not start, the gearbox is defective, the suspension or electrician is damaged. Check if the car is rolling and if the wheels and keys are in place.

For the first appeal, enough information about the car, parking place and phone for feedback. Photos can be attached at will - you can apply without them.

How is the inspection on the spot

The place and time of the inspection are agreed in advance. Check the parking address, the possibility of access to the car and the contact for the meeting. We check the status and documents on the spot, then we discuss the final price.

If the car is in the yard, garage or parking lot, inform in advance about access restrictions and the time when inspection is convenient.

How the price is discussed

For the assessment, the model and configuration, mileage, the state before the breakdown and the nature of the malfunction are important. Report known damages and work done so that the discussion is based on the condition of your vehicle.

There is no universal price for all cars. According to your data, we call the preliminary reference point. The final price is agreed upon after inspection and verification of documents, before signing the contract.

The need for transportation, its cost and who organizes it, should be discussed in advance. The fact of the request does not mean that the transportation has already been ordered.
