This Policy of personal data processing determines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of users of the site авто-фикс.рф, owned by the Individual entrepreneur Kurkin Evgeny Nikolaevich.

4.2. The Operator does not use personal data of users to send advertising messages without the separate consent of the user, if such consent is required by law.

5. Legal grounds for processing personal data

6. Procedure for processing personal data

8.1. The Yandex Metrica web analytics service, provided by Yandex LLC, may be enabled only after separate permission is given in the cookie banner. The counter is not connected in the current version and no statistics are collected. Consent to processing a request is not consent to analytics.

8.2. Yandex.Metrica may use cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymized statistics about the site visit, user activity, transition sources, devices and browsers.

8.3. The collected data is used to analyze the traffic of the site, improve its structure, content, usability and effectiveness of advertising / information materials.

8.4. Users may change their choice or withdraw analytics consent through “Analytics and cookie settings” in the website footer, and may also manage cookies in their browser. Declining analytics does not prevent use of the website or submission of requests.
