Buyout of the car
post-accident
Let's deal with the damage first.
Then we will discuss the assessment and the next step.
What to tell about the car
Specify the make, model, year of issue and mileage. Describe which part of the vehicle was affected, whether the engine is running and whether the car can move. If repairs have already been carried out after the accident, add what work has been done.
For the first appeal, enough information about the car and phone for feedback. Photos can be attached at will - the application is accepted without them.
What photos will help in the evaluation
A general view of the front, back and both sides helps to understand the location of the damage. In addition, you can show the hood, roof and interior. Eight angles are available in the form: you do not need to fill in each.
The pictures give a preliminary idea of the condition. All hidden damages cannot be identified from them; questions about the technical condition and conditions of inspection are discussed separately.
How the price is discussed
For the assessment, the model and configuration, mileage, condition before the accident and the nature of the damage are important. Report known malfunctions and work carried out, so that the discussion is based on the condition of your car.
There is no universal price for all cars after an accident. According to your data, we call the preliminary reference point. The final price is agreed upon after inspection and verification of documents, before signing the contract.
If the car isn't moving
Check the parking place, the possibility of the tow truck and the condition of the wheels. The need for transportation, its cost and who organizes it, should be discussed in advance. The mere fact of the request does not mean that the transportation has already been ordered.
Start by describing the car.
Add information about the car to the evaluation form; photos - if desired.
